Pay Equity Guidelines
Employees are encouraged to approach their division leaders for information on division practices that support pay equity.
If there are concerns related to pay, in addition to a conversation with your supervisor, you may also contact your HR Division Partner for information.
The FAIR office has a duty to look for systemic issues in pay equity at the Lab. If you believe that unresolved pay concerns are related to discrimination, you may report your concern directly to the FAIR Office.
Anonymous reporters may file concerns on EthicsPoint.
The Equal Employment Opportunity Employment Commission, an independent federal agency, is also available for reporting discrimination cases enforces accountability to address workplace concerns.
