Mission
The mission of the Early Career Employee Resource Group (ECERG) Policy subcommittee is to advocate for early career employee interests to improve laboratory policies and create a more equitable future. The Policy subcommittee plans to:
Advocate for improved policies that promote equity for EC employees
Assist EC employees to navigate the career pathways at the lab – provide resources and promoting transparency for professional development opportunities

Outreach/Education Subcommittee
Mission
The mission of the Early Career ERG’s Outreach and Education subcommittee is to promote awareness and understanding among the internal and external community about Early Career opportunities in and contributions to research. The subcommittee prioritizes these goals through:
Organization and promotion of outreach opportunities for STEM awareness and science literacy among the wider community, and
Creating connections throughout the internal and external community to promote visibility of Early Career contributions and opportunities.
