Right Kind of Wrong: The Science of Failing Well

In this webinar Amy Edmondson shares insights from her award-winning book Right Kind of Wrong: The Science of Failing Well" in which she draws on decades of original research to share how transforming our views on failure can lead us to more productive growth and progress.

Edmondson shared a framework to think, discuss, and practice failure wisely along with actionable steps and skills to help us replace shame and blame with curiosity, vulnerability, and personal growth. She then engaged in a fireside chat with Stanford VMware Women’s Leadership Innovation Lab Director, Professor Shelley Correll, and closed the session by fielding questions from the audience.

Professor Edmondson, a Lab affiliated scholar and Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at the Harvard Business School, is renowned for her ground-breaking research on psychological safety.
